Inexpensive Traditional Radio
We bought two of these as they have a manual tuning control and can be switched off at the mains, resuming the same station when switched on. Fairly lightweight construction, but a good radio for the price.

If you’re looking for a simple analogue radio then look no further. Mains / battery power makes inside / outside listening easy and the rotary tuning is simple to operate. Sound is good for the size of speaker - not that you should expect audiophile quality from an AM source.

Just what was needed for a blind man in hospital!
Bought for my husband when he was in hospital.He is registered blind so can't do buttons .This was ideal ,I tuned it to the station he likes to listen to ,and all he had to do was turn the same knob for on and volume and then turn it back to switch off .It was so easy for him to use ,and the fact it took batteries meant he could have it beside him on the bedside table .
