Unfortunately we recently bought one of these. In September 2021 France changed the requirements from a GB sticker to a UK sticker. This kit is not valid for travel therefore and needs to be removed from the shelves. Very disappointed customer!
The Argos answer on this site is incorrect. I bought this kit 10 days ago and it still only contains the GB sticker, which is unfortunately no longer valid, so you need to separately buy a UK sticker now that we have left the EU.

The The AA European Travel Kit comes with one vest only. The requirement to have a vest and/or the number of vests depends on the individual country as it is different for each country. I'd advise that you check this prior to travelling.

Breathalysers are not required. There is a theoretical €11 fine for not having one, but this has never been enforced.
