About this product
Keep your children safe around the home. This Cuggl Extending Metal Wall Fix Safety Gate is versatile as it can be used for spaces measuring from 60-97cm wide. It fixes to the wall with screws which means there is no step over bar at the bottom. Adults can unlock it with one hand but there is a double locking feature to stop little ones opening it.
- If the safety barrier is used at the bottom of the stairs, it should be positioned at the front of the lowest tread possible. .
- The double-locking system is easy for an adult to operate and difficult for a child.
- Screw fit and firm installation, If the safety barrier is used at the top of the stairs, it should not be positioned below the top level. .
- The each bars width is around 55mm and there are 7 positions for extending. .

Strong, easy to fut
So happy to find this gate. Although extendable it was a narrower than usual gate we needed. This does the job perfectly.

Brilliant
I bought this a 2-3 weeks ago as a dog gate it’s brilliant. I’ve had gates in the past that ‘wedge’ on the door frame but this is fixed and no bottom strip to fall over

Great safety gate
Very good safety gates work especially well on the stairs for us to keep our baby safe from climbing up or down them, it’s great that they are extendable!!

Stair gate
Very strong, durable and trustworthy but it will require a hand drill and a bit of expertise to fit. I had my carpenter neighbour install it.

Just what I wanted
I bought this to stop our new puppy from going upstairs It works perfectly. I only used the bottom cup to keep it shut so it is very easy to open & close by simply pulling gently.
