One of my Favourite Pans
Love this pan. It's so much easier to cook with than many of my other pans. Food doesn't seem to stick to it. It cooks evenly. This makes it easier to wash up. as the food is not left stuck to it. I like the style in terms of size and depth and the lid. The handle is comfortable to use too. It is a good quality pan, but not too heavy to lift. Great design.

Highly adaptable pot.
Exactly what I wanted. I cant manage heavy pots anymore and this is light but substantial. The lid makes it more adaptable. I can fry, poach, stew, simmer and steam.

I have not put mine under a grill and dont think it is a good idea. The coating on the pans consist of raised dots and I think they would be damaged by direct heat. Just my opinion but I would hate to ruin this great pan. I have had mine now for quite a few months and its still brilliant and non stick.
