Solid treadmill with minor display limitations
I've been using this treadmill for about 3 weeks now and have already covered over 50 km on it. My main priority was a durable machine that could handle consistent running — I wasn’t too concerned about aesthetics or the metrics displayed. On that front, it’s done very well. The deck is solid, the cushioning feels good underfoot, and the whole structure handles running with no issues. That said, there are some limitations. The console is a bit awkward. It’s divided into four sections: the lower part has the basic buttons (start/stop, speed, incline), just above that are the speakers, then there’s a section with numbers 1–10 for speed and incline, which is largely redundant because the up/down buttons already handle this. The display itself is small and only shows one parameter at a time, whether in automatic or manual mode. The console does not show kilometre splits. I can only see total time or total distance. There is a workaround: if I remove all other parameters from the display and leave only distance and time, I can manually check total time at the end of each kilometre. But the split itself has to be recorded manually and calculated afterward, for example using an external tool like ChatGPT. I feel the display could be better organised. The speakers would be more effective if positioned higher, even at moderate volume, I can barely hear them while running. My daughter, on the other hand, hears them clearly upstairs! The extra numbers on the display seem a complete waste of space. Another limitation is that after 10 km, the treadmill stops showing metres, giving only rough distance readings. Similarly, after an hour, it no longer shows seconds. The iFit app helps a bit — the free version still shows more data at once, but it doesn’t provide kilometre splits. You can view distance and time simultaneously via the dropdown menu, but again, past 10 km it won’t display metres. Still, it’s more useful than the console alone because it tracks improvements over time. Overall, the treadmill is solid and powerful, but the console and display management could have been far better.

I dont have this I had it ordered but spoke with Proform they told me none of their treadmills have any built in workouts they are all designed to be used with ifit
