Our supplier has advised that for the Proform TL Treadmill a small number of exercises can be accessed with a free account however a subscription to iFit is required for the rest.

After the trial you do not have to subscribe, it can be cancelled any time.

You will need to have a ifit subscriptions to use it ..it does have a very basic manual mode with no bells and whistles but is a lot to waste on a treadmill without having any workouts unless you have ifit .. I dont have this I had it ordered but spoke with Proform they told me none of their treadmills have any built in workouts they are all designed to be used with ifit
