Amazing affordable alternative!
I love this tool- well worth a purchase! I’ll be honest, it does take a little bit of time to get used to at first, but once you’ve got the hang of it, the results just keep getting better and better every time you use it. I have fine, straight hair, and I’ve found it works best if you set the curls with pin curls or rollers and use a mousse after washing on wet hair and a light hairspray after, but that’s pretty much the case with any styling tool on my hair type. It’s literally the only tool that actually makes my curls last- I usually for more of a bouncy blow out than curly look so volume is a MUST for me with a hot tool. What I really love is the volume it gives at the roots; my hair feels bouncy and full rather than flat. I originally bought the Shark as a more affordable alternative to the Dyson as I didn’t want to commit £600+ and not ‘enjoy’ an air tool, but honestly, it’s so good that I think I’ll be sticking with the Shark. Brilliant results, great volume, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Best for longer hair in general
Good for straightening not so much curling . I have fine hair just above shoulder length & it does not hold a curl well. Hoped this would be different. It’s not. Fine for my daughters long thicker hair. Straightening tool works very well. As a hairdryer nice & light. Didn’t realise can’t be used abroad which is a big downside .

Waste of money The brush does not give volume The curl barrels only hold for 5min no matter how much hair spray you use the only good thing is the straightening attachment but is not worth the money just for that so I will return for refund

Heavy and Awkward
The barrel itself is chunky. I have small hands and it's difficult to hold. It's also quite heavy. That said it does the job and leaves your hair feeling great & completely dry. It should come with a heat protection glove as the detachable parts get very hot after use and when you want to swap them out you can't with your bare hand

Overall Very Good.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love the hairdryer. Dries hair quickly and gently. I really like to fact that it is only 1500 watts as it is energy efficient without compromising power. I watched a YouTube video to help me fine tune how to use it and get the best results. I have very fine shoulder length hair. I didn't get on with the Auto-Wrap curlers as my hair is too fine. It did give it a slight wave but I found it difficult to use. I found the straighteners more effective using them on the dry hair setting and with motor off so that there is no air flow. Using them on wet hair was ok on the left side of my hair (I am right handed) but I really struggled with using them on the right side as the air flow was pointing upwards and blowing my hair all over the place. Fine for a quick touch up but I won't be substituting them for my current straighteners. I did find that my hair was shiny which was pleasing. I regularly use the Concentrator nozzle for the hairdryer and found it easy to use and very light to handle. My favourite attachment is the Glam Glossi - I found it easy to use and the results are amazing - Shiny hair, lots of body and sleek finish - Salon standard. I also found that I do not need to use my straighteners as the finish using the Glossi is so perfect. I have used the Glossi on both wet and dry settings with and without air flow on dry mode and all have achieved great results. I haven't used the diffuser as this doesn't work for my hair type and style. I love the carry bag - I have removed the accessories that I don't use and replaced them with brushes and products. The safety plug is rather cumbersome which is a shame as it is heavy and makes it less travel friendly. The filter is easy to clean too.
