I'm sorry to say that this game does not have a local multiplayer option for use on a single console. Both players would need their own console and game.

From the information we have available, I can advise Splatoon 3 for the Nintendo Switch is not designed to be compatible with the Nintendo Switch VR headset. The game focuses on traditional gameplay modes using the Joy-Con controllers or the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller
