Customers Say
Powerful suction and useful attachments make this handheld vacuum ideal for cars, stairs, and small jobs. Battery life on max mode is limited, and some find it heavy. Easy to empty and well-made, but pricey.

A GREAT REPLACEMENT
I bought this model because my old model (also a Dyson) gave up after 10 years or so good work. This model is very good and does the job a bit better than my old model, better suction, better battery life, and better looks

Great product
I’m really happy with this item. I chose it mainly as it had the longest run time compared to any others. I wanted it mainly for the carpet stairs and the car. It’s great. Only thing I wish was that you didn’t need to hold down the button so it would instead just continuously work rather than having to hold it in whilst doing all the stairs. But it is light weight and super easy to empty.

Battery and use time is aweful!
Normal suction is not all that great, so you are kind of forced to use the max power mode. Here, suction is great but use time is critically short due to the battery charge. I have a decent sized vehicle and I cannot do the whole vehicle on a single charge, as it only lasts about 10 minutes. Not worth the money.

Excellent handheld vacuum with great attachments
Excellent handheld vacuum, with very useful attachments. Vacuumed two cars on one battery charge (some normal power and some max power). Max is excellent but certainly uses battery charge. Overall an excellent purchase.

Expensive and cumbersome
Heavy and unwieldy but works okay. Far too expensive.

Very disappointing
The two main parts to the product jammed after only a handful of uses rendering the vacuum unusable. Complained to Dyson who sent DPD to collect but DPD didn’t bring the returns label so needed to return two days later. They returned but again didn’t bring a returns label, so we had to book a third visit. They didn’t show up for the third visit. We made sure we were at home for all three visits. We are now left with a dud to be returned.

A clean sweep
This is just the gadget I have been searching for. It is portable, easy to manoeuvre and has excellent suction power, cleans my Car in no time. I now use it on small jobs around the House as well. It is a very good small cleaner, well worth its cost. Easy to empty, good running time nothing to complain about.
