Compact Power with Trade-offs

I purchased the Dyson handheld primarily for cleaning my car and picking up small messes around the house. It’s compact and easy to handle, and the attachments are genuinely useful—especially for reaching tight corners and upholstery. The suction power is impressive, but only when used on the higher setting. Unfortunately, that’s where the trade-off lies: while the stronger mode delivers a noticeably better clean, it drains the battery quickly, offering just 10–15 minutes of runtime. This limitation wasn’t clearly visible at the time of purchase and can be frustrating if you’re expecting longer sessions. Filtration seems decent and does a fair job with fine dust, though it doesn’t quite match the high expectations set by the product’s advertising. Overall, it’s a handy tool for short, targeted cleaning tasks, but buyers should be aware of the limited battery life when using its most effective setting

Brilliant, lightweight Vacuum!

Had my new Dyson a couple of weeks now and am enjoying its power! It was bought by my son as an early Christmas present to replace a different make which was nearing the end of its days. I’ll admit it took a bit of getting used to, for example which attachment I needed to use, but the suction is amazing. I’ve only used it on low, because that is sufficient to pick up all the bits that I need it for. Also, at that power level the battery lasts much longer. It looks like it might be heavy to pick up, but it’s not, it is quite lightweight when in use. I am really, really pleased with my Christmas present, and love my new Dyson!

Better than the last one so far

We had an earlier model that failed after six years and so we bought another up to date one. Emptying the collected dust is much easier with the new model.

We had one of these for a number u til it died and was told it wasn’t worth repairing The new one is good for the kitchen and other small jobs and the attachments are right for work it will do I would recommend anyone to buy one they are so handy to use, fairly light and balanced with the best suction on a small vacuum with a high price

Good all round product

After my last Dyson handheld vacuum served me well for 14 years and needed replacing I purchased a new replacement and I am completely satisfied with it. Although pricey I trust it will last me well.

I used the hoover for the car but need hight power which drains the battery really quickly. Other than that the product is good.
