Very disappointing
The two main parts to the product jammed after only a handful of uses rendering the vacuum unusable. Complained to Dyson who sent DPD to collect but DPD didn’t bring the returns label so needed to return two days later. They returned but again didn’t bring a returns label, so we had to book a third visit. They didn’t show up for the third visit. We made sure we were at home for all three visits. We are now left with a dud to be returned.

A clean sweep
This is just the gadget I have been searching for. It is portable, easy to manoeuvre and has excellent suction power, cleans my Car in no time. I now use it on small jobs around the House as well. It is a very good small cleaner, well worth its cost. Easy to empty, good running time nothing to complain about.

This is a super addition to my household tools, with great suction power and particularly great for the car. The only negative i have is battery life which is far lower than i would have expected.

Very disappointed.
Very disappointed. I bought this to replace an earlier Dyson model which I have had for more than 20 years and has been a delight to use around the house. This one is very much heavier and more cumbersome to use. OK if you’re a bricklayer, but not for me.
