It is personal preference if you would like to iron this sheet. Depending on the size/depth of your mattress it could snugly fit around the mattress which could help with any creases.

For the small double size fitted mattress size should not be exceeded by 192~193 cm in length.
As the base fabric is 100% polyester that doesn’t have stretching properties, so small double fitted can’t be fitted on mattress size 200 cm in length.
