I purchased this so called firm plllow last week , and I must say you have to be joking if you call this pillow firm , it is so soft you would not realise that you have a pillow at all .i will not ever buy from this company again if I could give it a minus 5 stars believe me I certainly would .

Medium support
Purchased for a caravan and they fit the bill, comfortable and a good nights sleep had! They are not firm but more medium support. Took a while for them to unfold themselves and fit the pillowcase, as they are rolled up into a sausage for packaging.

These pillows are designed to support your head and neck in the most suitable way depending on the position you predominantly sleep in.
This is done by increasing or decreasing the fill weight so your neck and head stay aligned.
Pillows are not designed to help with hip pain.
If you’re suffering with hip pain, maybe look at one of our orthopaedic toppers. Toppers are design to support the lower part of your body.
