Dnt like it to awkward to use as I have arthritis
I bought this to help with cleaning and it's more awkward I tried to exchange it in shop ti different model, as I've owned numerous steam cleaners ,when you need to refill you have have to wait like 30 mins ,and the steam pressure is terrible hardly any steam but manager said if it says in instructions you need to wait till it cools down you cannot exchange it ,any steam cleaners I've had you only needed to use one hand and the steam button was easy to work not this one I have to use two hands ,I'm actually annoyed as I cannot use it ,Abd manager in Belfast castle court refused to exchange to a different model

Give it a muss
it worked for a couple of times then the brass washer fell off where you fill it up. Returned for a refund.
