About this product
The Bush Handheld Steam Cleaner tackles grime and grease across your home without any chemicals. It heats up in a couple of minutes and gives you around 7 minutes of continuous steam per tank. You can fill it with water for dry or wet steam modes, and the trigger-activated control lets you release steam exactly when you need it. At under 1.5kg, it's light enough to carry from room to room, and the cord plus hose give you plenty of reach for tackling ovens, showers, ceramic tiles, sealed surfaces, mattresses, upholstery and pet cages.
It comes with accessories to get into awkward spots - an extension hose, tapered tube, curved nozzle, copper round brush, small nylon round brush, multi-purpose nozzle, large scraper, textile pad, measuring jug, and funnel. The variable steam control means you can adjust the intensity, and there's overheat protection built in. The steam loosens dirt without hard scrubbing. Works on carpets, rugs, sealed wood, sealed tile, and sealed laminate flooring. The removable handheld unit makes it easy to switch between surfaces, and it's recommended to use water only.

Really good stream cleans rust bit by bit really very hot stream. Need to refill with water several times.

Disappointing, really short usage
It lasts only one use (7 minutes!) and then it takes hours to cool down and only then you can use it again. You cannot even remove the cap after the first use. Disappointing is a mild expression for this. Do not buy!

Too much waiting time
Only had a running time of 3-4 minutes . Then had to wait 15-20 minutes before using sgain. When wstef was enpty .needed to wsit a good 40 .mins for it to cool. Before you could open the valve .to refill

Dangerous Steamer
Dangerous to use without protective gloves, leak's steam and easily burns you, lasted much less than 7 minutes stated, don't waste your money,go for a different make.

Not good for extended use
The water tank does not hold much water and the steamer cannot be refilled after 3 minutes of cooling as per the instructions. Bit pointless if using on a few areas had to wait 45 minutes to be able to refill the tank once it had ran out of water. The opening just spins and cannot be used again. Not suitable for more than one job at a time.

Okay for the price
Depends what you're buying it for, but I bought this to clean a car seat and cushion on the settee. Didn't make any difference to either, possibly stains too stubborn, but did get rid of a mark on the mattress. Drips constantly, so make sure to have a towel available and microfiber cloths to soak up moisture. Supplied with lots of different nozzles, but most of them, I'd probably wouldn't use, as some a bit abrasive.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Bush 1200 Watts Handheld Steam Cleaner: Yes — a handheld steamer can help remove surface mould in a bathroom. The high heat kills mould spores and works well on tiles, grout, and hard surfaces. However, it won’t fully remove mould that’s deep in silicone sealant or porous materials, and it won’t stop mould coming back unless moisture and ventilation issues are addressed.
