Bought as replacement laptop for wife
My wife had a similar Acer laptop which suddenly died and was deemed 'not viable to repair'. She had been generally happy with it, so I decided to treat her to this one which was an upgrade on her previous one. Needless to say, she's pleased with this one as well. The only thingthat's a (small) minus to me is the sound, which I think could be better, but plugging in a pair of headphones solves any issues. Service from Argos was excellent. I might have dropped half a star for the sound, but as I can;t give a half point, think that it's fairer to give five stars rather than four, as it doesn't seem to be a huge problem.

I needed a more up to date laptop, so chose this one, of course with microsoft meddling with what already works, finding things on windows 11 has been a challenge, the annoying pop up advertising that I am not personally interested in. Hopefully this laptop will be the last one I have to buy.
