Significant improvement in pressure
I bought this after moving into a new flat with an electric heater for the shower. The shower head had no pressure when running with warm water. With this head the water stays much warmer and sprays with much better pressure. Haven’t tried the efficiency insert.

The shower head suits all systems, but the water saving device may not work with some electric showers or low-pressure tank-fed systems. Check your shower manual or ask a plumber if you're unsure.
