Easy to fit - feels like an increase in pressure
This is a cost effective way of increasing shower pressure without an expensive pump. It will never be to the same pressure as pumped water, but is a great improvement from my old shower head (which was probably blocked with limescale, and had a larger head). I think this works by reducing the overall surface area of the head, and forcing the water through very narrow nozzles, so the effect of higher pressure is experienced without an increase in actual pressure (this can only be done with a pump, but these are £££). Very easy to fit - just unscrew the old head from the hose, and screw in the new head.

The shower head suits all systems, but the water saving device may not work with some electric showers or low-pressure tank-fed systems. Check your shower manual or ask a plumber if you're unsure.
