This is ok but remember this has the UK layout. so I always get the | \ # ' left shift (small) always gets in the way for faster typing. but if you are a UK layout person you will be fine.

From the information we have available, I can advise the HP 230 Wireless Mouse and Keyboard should be compatible with a Lenovo ThinkPad laptop. This combo uses a standard USB receiver, which is generally compatible with any laptop that has a USB-A port.
To connect them, simply plug the USB receiver into your ThinkPad's USB port, and the mouse and keyboard should work without needing additional drivers.
