I purchased just before Xmas. I am happy with it but I think it could be lighter. The head is heavier than the handle so its need a fame hold to keep it upright for me to steam clothes on hangers.

Daily use! Works like a charm.
Use this multiple times a day every day. So easy. Haven’t used the iron function yet, but used on clothes, coats, bed sheets and furniture. Severe creases from a drier don’t really budge steaming alone, but I’m able to look presentable every day. Would recommend taking off the attachments as soon as you’re done as mine appears to have a mark on it from where the heat is at its highest — doesn’t affect the use though. You can get extended warranty by registering online too.

It worked for me & happy with the results.
Quite surprised I was not expecting it to be as good as it it for some reason. But it got the creases out of my heavy silk & velvet curtains, I used the protector attachment that came with it. It's not too heavy either, so you don't get arm ache from using it few a good few minutes. Well priced and happy with my results.

Handy and lightweight
I used to use a steam press but had to leave out on arable all the time as too bulky to store it when not in use. This hand held clothes steamer is so much better. Easy to use and small enough to store on a shelf. So much quicker to set up and use, even compared to an iron.

The Steam Genie does not come with a cradle. It does have base foot, so it can be stood up without the steam plate being down on the surface, to allow it to cool or whilst in use.
