The iron is very good and fully meets my requirements in terms of ease of use and quality. My only complaint would be that because of the dark glass finish it is difficult to determine the water level in the iron.

Only got last week so still getting used to it but so far so good. A bit different as a button increases or decreases the temperature rather than a dial. If I could change one thing it would be the water tank as it’s dark so difficult to see how much water is in the reservoir. Good value for the money

Great steam iron
Bought this iron to replace an older model of the same colour control pro steam one. This one is actually a little lighter than the previous one which is lovely. Heats up quickly and glides over all types of material. I love the colours to select the temperature you want. Very pleased with it and would recommend.

I love the fact that this product only came packaged in cardboard and paper which can both be recyled, no plastic which was magic. The iron glides over clothes and I really like the colour coded lighting system indicating the temperature for ironing things. It is smart in appearance, the steam feature works well and does a really good job. Satisfied with my purchase.

Overall I am pleased with my purchase. Irons nicely, not too heavy, good steam and adequate cable length. The only negative is that it's really difficult to see how much water is in the water tank because the plastic is very dark. You have to tilt it at various angles until you find the right one or grab a small torch.

I didnt find the beep a problem..its a very quiet beep and only does one beep when temperature is reached. I cant see how it would annoy anyone.
