Lovely long lead but on the downside the reservoir is black so it's very difficult to see the water level

Worked well for 6 months
Bought this iron in July ‘25 and returned it jan’26 under the warranty period. The iron worked well during that period but suddenly stopped reaching temp. I exchanged for the same model and hopefully it will last longer. If not I will update a review

Terrible iron
Had to return the iron as he only worked on the highest setting, as soon as I lower the setting it did not remove any creases and went cold.

Recommend unreservedly. You’ll be surprised how much easier your ironing becomes. I’m now ironing things I didn’t before not just because of the ease of use but the finish it gives the garments l suggst you give it a try ….you can always return but I bed you don’t !!!

Russell Hobbs Colour Control Pro Ultra Steam Iron 27281 does have auto shut-off.
If the iron is motionless, it will switch off after about 30 seconds with the soleplate down, or about 8 minutes if it’s upright.
