Good iron but heat control could be better
Good iron but needs to be on red for most materials as it doesn't get hot enough on lower settings ie there is a steep curve between the hottest setting and the next lower setting

Great Features and Smooth Working
This iron performs exceptionally well, surpassing my previous Russell and Hobbs models in quality. It easily creates smooth, professional-looking creases and lines. The steam output is stronger and more consistent, and the temperature controls are more precise, allowing for better customization depending on fabric type.

Clean water only
Second one of these I have purchased. First one seemed to need constant filling with water. Think the water had impurity problems after a bust pipe. Must make sure to ONLY put clean water in.

Great design
Love this iron. Didn’t realise it doesn’t have a heat control dial-you just press a button and it lights up different colours for levels of heat. Brilliant idea.

Kept leaking water
Worst iron i have bought, was constantly releasing water from the holes on the soleplate,i dont know if it was the iron heating (there was no light to indicate when it was heating) or if i just had a faulty iron, either way it is being returned and i have stuck to what i know and just bought the powersteam ultra.

Great when it works!
The first iron I got wasn’t working so this is the replacement and is work well. So far so good. When it works, it’s a great iron and isn’t very expensive

Surprisingly good
I bought the iron about 4 weeks ago and on first use it was obviously better than my last iron. This one is lighter, with a nice feel to it, and the colour coded heat gauge is straightforward to use. I am happy with my purchase.

Love it
Love it. Very light to use. Which is good as I have arthritis in hands. Only draw back is the water tank. It’s a bit dark

Crease out with a mini (arm) workout
This steam iron does exactly what it promises and makes light work of everyday ironing. I usually need to turn it up to the highest setting for most of my clothes, but once it’s there, it smooths out wrinkles nicely. When the water tank is full it can feel a bit heavy, and you can hear the water sloshing around, but honestly it just feels like reassurance that it’s well stocked and ready to steam. Consider it a bonus arm workout! Overall, it’s a reliable, no-fuss iron that gets the job done well. Not flashy, but dependable.. and that’s really all you want from an iron.

Makes ironing easier
Recently purchased this and very pleased with the product. I like my iron to have a little weight as I feel this aids ironing, this is perfect. A nice long cord to allow more movement. The addition steam function is great
