Bought this for a flight. The material is comfy to lean/sleep against. THAT is about it. Too small for an adult, feels like slightly too tight round the neck. Back of the neck is too chunky that you have to lean forward awkwardly.

I brought this for a friend who is currently struggling with neck and back pain. Immediately she opened and tried it the relief was obvious. Good quality product with a soft cover. Firm enough to help support your neck but flexible so it settles on the body easily. Has a handy loop for carrying or storing.

This is a great product. I actually found the button that keeps it together really useful as it allowed me to turn the cushion so that there is less between the back of my neck and the seat. I was on an overnight bus from London to Edinburgh and a was able to sleep really well with this without any neck aches.

this item feels nice and the memory foam is of good quality but the back of the pillow is far too thick so when your head is on the headrest it pushes your head too far forwards and makes you sit too upright to sleep on a plane!
