Excellent and perfect for a good sleep in a chair
This is a great product. I actually found the button that keeps it together really useful as it allowed me to turn the cushion so that there is less between the back of my neck and the seat. I was on an overnight bus from London to Edinburgh and a was able to sleep really well with this without any neck aches.

Too bulky
this item feels nice and the memory foam is of good quality but the back of the pillow is far too thick so when your head is on the headrest it pushes your head too far forwards and makes you sit too upright to sleep on a plane!

Travel pillow/sleep on your back
I had a little work done on my face and needed to sleep on my back for a while and this marvellous travel pillow stopped me laying on my face sides throughout the night. Shall be using it again on my plane trip and whilst laying on a Sunbed in Trinidad

Disappointed, very uncomfortable pillow.
I bought this after reading the reviews. I tried to use it on an 11 hour flight from London to Las Vegas. It was extremely uncomfortable. It was very hard and made my neck ache. With it being memory foam I thought it would be more pliable. Not the case. I will be taking it to a charity shop. Maybe someone else can make use of it.
