The SkiErg helps you build strength & endurance, working the entire body in an efficient, rhythmic motion. Skiing is a low impact, high calorie burning exercise suitable for all ages and abilities. Flywheel design minimizes noise while maximizing a smooth feel. Includes the PM5 monitor, giving accurate, comparable data for every workout. Please note that the SkiErg stand is sold separately.

Built to Concept 2 bombproof standards. Much quieter than expected. Really smooth in operation, and will give you any intensity of workout that you want. Definitely recommended!

Mechanically excellent. Plenty of great workout options and genuinely fun to use. Really easy to get going. Assembly very clear. Only niggle is the PM5 display has started to fail after about 3 weeks.

The stand is an optional extra, however if you don't purchase the stand then the item needs to be mounted against the wall instead otherwise it will topple.
