About this product
The YardMaster 6 x 4ft pent roof metal shed is perfect for storage of garden items and bikes. Highly fire resistant and safe to locate close to your home, the inside is easily accessed using the 2 sliding doors (80cm wide opening) which can also be secured by padlock. Slots under the roof overhang ensure the shed is well ventilated. All parts are individually labelled and are pre-drilled for ease of assembly. The silver resin finish means it will suit the back yard or in the garden and will keep its fresh looks for years to come.
Metal sheds don't come with a floor. They should be built directly onto a strong, level base such as concrete, paving slabs or tarmac, then anchored to it using the anchor fixings provided. This base is the floor of your shed. The anchor points are pre-drilled for your ease. Using these is an integral part of the shed's stability. This base is not supplied. An anchor kit is included.
Do not place directly onto a base of grass, earth, sand etc. As natural movement will affect the stability, reduce lifespan and cause the doors to warp. 2 people are required for assembly and we strongly recommend you use thick gloves when assembling the panels.
Once built, this YardMaster shed requires zero maintenance or further treatments. Its hot dipped galvanised steel construction makes it durable and weather resistant. This means you'll never have to paint it or worry about rot or rust. It comes with a 10-year UK manufacturer's anti-rust guarantee.

Great price and happy with the product
Bought this to store logs in, it's reasonable quality given the cost but a little bit flimsy. It's jn a sheltered area so should be fine but not heavy duty enough for somewhere windy without being fastened down. Someone else has seen it amd is gettinvbkmenforna bike shed. Given the height of it, the corners are very sharp and at heda height for a 6ft person so weve put some pipe laggjng on it

I got this about a few months ago and it's does the job for garden stuff but it's a bit light so would recommend attaching it to a fence

Not sized as advertised
Bought this shed, definitely not 6ft x 4ft as advertised. It's 5.5ft x 3.5ft lost a ft all round. Nightmare to put up. Definitely not to be put up in the wind. Sliding doors needed wd40 on them to slide properly. Do not buy if you are looking to store garden furtniture/cushions in, it gets alot of condensation in & would cause mould

Metal Shed
Bought this recently.. Looked great, good price! Unfortunately we had a couple of panels missing from the box, but thankfully Argos assisted us within 48 hours, but as we still had to mess about i cant give more than the 3 stars, if all pieces were available etc it may have been higher. I would recommend though, but definitely check the box before building majority of it like we did.

Nice little shed.
A bit fiddly and some instructions a bit vague. Feels a bit flimsy when assembling but after assembly and anchored it seems quite rigid. Probably good value for the money.

nightmare to build
Instructions are atrocious, what felt like a billion screws to join it altogether ! Once built it's fine in fairness, but it takes a fair bit of building, patience and self control.

Great Size
I put this shed together in my garden last weekend. Unfortunately you get the usual rubbish instructions with no words, just pictures to try and interpret...not as easy to construct as I had hoped and it took 5 hours with the aid of 3 adults! Since it's been in operation I have been pleased with the sturdiness and overall size of the product but the most disappointing thing is that the doors do not slide properly so it's frustratingly difficult to open and shut the doors.

All sheds need to be placed and secured on a base; this can be concrete, patio slabs or wood. Putting your shed directly on the ground wouldn't be safe and would decrease the lifespan of your shed.
