This cottage is a complete Sylvanian Families starter set. It includes the Red Roof Cosy Cottage, basic furniture, and a Chocolate Rabbit girl figure. Everything you need for play comes in one box. The set works on its own, so no additional items are required. The cottage has a kitchen with interactive features. You can pretend to bake apple pie in the oven. The tap pours water for kitchen play. There's a working post box and parcel for sending and receiving letters.
The cottage design has a red roof and opens for easy access. The furniture pieces fit inside the rooms. The Chocolate Rabbit girl can sit, stand and move around the house. Granddaughter's delight

I bought the sylvanian cottage for our granddaughter for Christmas, she absolutely loved it, she's getting so much fun from learning to play with the little animal family, definitely recommend this item it's worth the money plus she can build it up through time because there is so much to collect from Sylvanian Families, love it.
