About this product
The Gtech AirRam 2 is a cordless upright designed for pet owners and anyone tired of cables. Its patented AirLOC Technology picks up large debris forward and locks on the backstroke to remove embedded dirt and pet hair. The powered brush bar drives bristles into carpets to shift stubborn mess. Weighing 3.2kg, it's light to move around. You get up to 40 minutes on a 4-hour charge, and the removable 22V lithium-ion battery lets you charge it anywhere. The low-profile handle reaches under furniture, and the upper handle folds down for compact storage.
The 0.8l dustbin empties with a quick slide of the ejector arm, no mess or dust clouds, and the filter is washable so you're not buying replacements. It runs at around 75 decibels, which is quieter than most cordless uprights, and there's a low battery indicator so you're not caught out mid-clean. Works across carpets, deep pile, wool, hard floors, laminate and upholstery. The motorised floorhead handles everything from ground-in dirt to pet hair, and it glides easily from room to room without the faff of cables getting tangled or limiting your reach.

Surprisingly light and easy
I bought this as my Dyson kept getting clogged, and it was heavy and difficult to empty. I have a wool carpet and a Labrador puppy, so l had to give up with the Dyson. I thought l would give the Gtec l try, so far l am impressed, the suction is good and because the weight is at floor level it is easier for me to manage. At only 4’10” tall and aged 68 l am getting on well with it

This my third Gtech, I have been very impressed with the quality of the product. It performs effciently witch I need as I have pets. They last me a long while, as I said this is my third but I have bought it to use at our caravan. I wouldn't buy any other product.

Thank you so much for my hoovers, one I have upstairs one I have downstairs and one I have in the garage at 75 and hubby at 74 the cordless hoovers I have are a wiz for cleaning (where does all the dust and dirt come from) My hoovers are all the same model and are so light to use they are fab, I am still working and do not want to spend all my spare time on housework, I now have it all covered in a jiffy. I would by Gtech every time over other hoovers.

The Vacuum can be used on hard floors so yes tiles will be fine. You can also check with the tile manufacturer if it is suitable.
