Beware of plastic rings
The pole seems fairly good quality, pretty happy with it. The curtains I have are eyelet so don’t need the rings but warning for others that they are plastic which is pretty awful but to be expected due to the price

The pole is extendable. There are 3 sections. For up to 1.1m use pole A only, for between 1.1m and 2m use pole A and B and for between 2-3m use pole B and 2 pole A's.

Argos Home Steel Extendable Curtain Pole - 110cm - 300cm:
The curtain rail has two or three brackets, depending on the length. Up to 1.1m, is supplied with 2 brackets, over 1.1mm, 3.
The brackets have small screws in the back, that tighten in to the rod, that will hold it in place and stop it being lengthened or shortened by mistake.
