Really comfortable and easy to store
I bought this mattress because I was to stay with a relative overnight who had no spare bed. It inflated quickly to a good height and was very comfortable throughout the night. It deflated quickly the next morning and I packed it away in the storage bag provided. It provided a safe, stable sleeping surface that felt like a permanent bed, although lightweight to allow easy manoeuvring and although used only once so far looks like it will be durable for many occasional uses.

It's better than we expected. It's not too low, and is incredibly durable. We like the built in air pump which makes life easier, instead of pumping or deflating it by hand you can plug it in and turn the knob. We used to have a cheap one that we got rid of a long time ago. We don't have to inflate it (top it up) again for about a week or so. The height is key for those who need comfort and it's sturdy enough for a man in his 60s who has a bit of weight on him.

Thanks for your query about the Bestway Air bed Dreamair Premium single Air mattress.
Yes, you can pump this manually with a hand pump and the user manual confirms this. Technically it might also be possible with an external battery powered pump too but you’d need to be careful with that in case it’s too powerful for the mattress, e.g. it’d not be a good idea to use one for something that is thick walled and requires a really high PSI like a car type pump. As a result, we’d advise against trying to use a motorised pump.

This will be down to the individual, our site stated 3 years and up, children can be trapped between a vertical surface and the bed if a shoulder length width isn't supplied.
