not bad for the price
I bought this when it was discounted. i already had a set of opti weights and wanted something to train my quads. the instructions were ok, i followed the pictures. it moves a bit when i use it and note in the instructions they suggest fixing it to the floor. two things in the instructions have the same name but are different materials so thought i was missing parts but all there. rather than a bag of bits the metal parts are shrink wrapped to cardboard with the description and number alongside. this was helpful but found it difficult to find things as the parts were not in numerical order and removing things from shrink wrap was particularly time consuming. it does fold if needed. so far does the job.

I'm a heavy guy who lifts about 60kg max. This is a bit much for the joints to bear and the bolts loosen consistently. The add ons for fly's and curls etc are bad in design, they kind of work but due to the fixed range of motion don't apply consistent resistance due to your arms/legs point of fulcrum not matching up to the hinge of the machine. Functionally as a bench is fine, but can get cheaper if that's all you're after.

No good for a 6'3" fella like me way to short in length, my daughter who is 5'8"" struggled to fit on it,ok for kids but average adult forget it
