On small side
Bench is very narrow would have upgraded if I'd known. Backward leg curls are nigh on impossible without discomfort other than that does basic job. Wouldn't buy again its more for teenager but will suffice for what's needed for now.

The supports that hold the bar are exactly where my hands should be. So I have to grab the bar on either side of the supports which i dangerous. The extra arms can't be used while the bar is on the supports. Noisy to use. Had to resort to black magic to put the thing together because certain aspects PHYSICALLY don't fit. Dare not return it because if I have to take it apart the black magic will release a curse onto my home FML.

Small and awkward
Unfortunately to small for a tall person felt really awkward trying to bench press on it and you have to take the fly arms off to bench press because there in the way had to go back to my old bench.
