I bought this Worx grass strimmer because I've had a Worx cordless drill for ten years that uses the same battery, even though my batteries are 10 years old they still run the strimmer for well over half an hour. After contacting our suppliers they have advised for Worx 30cm Cordless Grass Trimmer with 2 Batteries - 20V.
The warranty is the same on the batteries as the other parts. 2 years on the product and you need to register the item for a 3rd year.

The line should not be dipped in water before use. If the line is snapping prematurely on your WG163E grass trimmer, there are a number of things to take into account:
- Ensure that you are using the correct spool for the model (WA0004),
- Make sure the spool has be wound correctly
- Make sure the line you are using is 1.65mm thick. Any thinner will result in the snapping of the line as it will not be compatible with the tool.
