About this product
If you're new to weight training or looking to start the HG3000 is ideal. Exercise safely, in a guided range of motion so you know you're targeting the correct muscles in the right way. A 68kg weight stack lets you start as light as 10kg, you can progressively improve strength and notice results. An exercise chart helps guide you too.
With both the high and low pulleys can use any of the gym attachments included, the high pulley is perfect for Lat. Pulldown, triceps pushdowns and ab crunch with the low pulley better suited for seated rows, bicep curls and upright rows.
The dual function press arms with independent motion allow for Chest Press and vertical Pec Dec Butterfly exercises. The addition of a preacher pad and leg extensions covers your arms and legs for a complete body workout.

Solid piece of kit. Well packaged and easy enough to assemble with extra hands needed at certain points to make life easier. Have used commercial gym equipment for years and this multi gym is fairly comparable. Excellent range of workout options for a single piece of machinery. Comfortable fit for me being near 6ft. Great Multi-Gym
Fantastic bit of kit and well built. Instructions easy to follow and the smaller weight increments are brilliant. The preacher attachment doesn’t feel as solid as I’d hoped, that said I’ve not had any issues. Cables are excellent and not just great for exercises shown, but also adaptations and additional kit such as ropes and d handles. EZ type pull down and curl bar is much better than the standard straight or 45 degree ends on most. Love it

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Marcy Eclipse HG3000 68KG Compact Home Gym: The exercise chart in image 7/16 shows how to perform each of the exercises. You can do this exercise standing or seated (using the backrest board as support – see diagram)

From the information we have available I can confirm this Marcy Eclipse HG3000 Compact Home Gym weight on its own - 128kg so this should not require bolting to a floor, however this may depend on the weight of the user, (Maximum user weight 135kg (21st 4lb). Full instructions and safety details will be in the instructions.
