You're ready to train seriously at home without the gym commute. This Marcy Smith Machine combines a power rack, smith machine and cable system in one. It's perfect for comprehensive strength training across every muscle group. The adjustable bench moves from bench press to butterfly movements. You'll target legs, arms, shoulders, chest and back from a single station.
The sealed bearing pulley system delivers smooth resistance throughout each rep. You can tackle lat pulldowns, leg extensions, arm curls and shoulder presses. The multi-cable setup handles bench press, pec dec and low rowing. It supports users up to 135 kg with stable performance. Weight plates are sold separately, and there's a 2-year guarantee included.

3 pulley systems
Great kit can use it for all body parts very smooth would have been even better if side pulleys could adjust up and down but I just adapted my exercises to cover all muscle parts well pkeased

Superb gym Down side is that it is not as simple as it looks to assemble and comes with no weight plates

Solid piece of kit
It comes in a lot of pieces (3 boxes) but I found the instructions easy enough to follow. I left all the bolts hand tight while I was building it and then tightened them at the end. Very solid and heavy. I think the total weight without weights comes to nearly 200kgs. Already feeling the benefits of using it.

Perfect Allrounder
Not great for people over 6ft 2 but great versatility for me a novice and more experienced gym partners who have used it. Trained all body parts with ease and with great variety. Looks great, feels sturdy and great value for money.

Smart solid weight equipment
Great peace of kit solid weight equipment only down side is the instructions for the cable set up could be clearer took me and one other about 6-8 hours to install the hole machine but worth every minute love it very smooth machine

The max weight is 135kg (21st 4lb) for a user, if the user is higher then the max weight you can lift will need to be reduced.

"Do the weights attached to each cable pulley move independently of one another?"
Yes, they move independently.
"Does pulling on the left cable help pull down the right cable?"
No, it does not as they are separate.
"Could you have a heavier weight on the right cable than the left?"
No as they are connected to one weight selector.
