If you are on your feet all day or you need a bit of backup on uneven surfaces, this support wraps around your ankle and holds it steady. The adjustable straps let you dial in the fit that feels right, and the neoprene construction keeps the warmth close. It fits either left or right ankle, so you only need the one, and it works for anyone who wants extra security during their day - whether that is lifting, walking or getting back to exercise after time off.
The adjustable design gives you a custom fit and the neoprene provides warmth around the ankle joint. This support is suitable for weak or stiff ankles and for everyday activities, occupational tasks, and sporting use. It is one size, fits left or right ankle, and is unisex. It is compatible with the Neo G hot and cold therapy disc for hands-free use (sold separately).

Says one size, thats is all they fit one size. could not get it over my toes let alone onto my foot so if your feet are swpllen, try a different type.

"Hand Wash Cold Only and Dry Flat. Do not use Fabric Softener, Do Not Tumble Dry, Do Not Bleach, Do Not Iron. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight."

Hi there,
This ankle support would be a suitable support for someone that has gone over on the ankle and is needing support while the ankle recovers as long as the damage is muscular. This support wont stop you going over on your ankle again though and if there has been ligament damage then this support will probably not be strong enough.
In relation to 5 a side football as long as you are able to get the support into the shoe without causing added constriction then this will be ok.
