The Neo G Ankle Support is Unisex, fits the Left or Right ankle and is One Size, helping provide everyday support. It helps reduce inversion and eversion of the ankle often associated with ligamentous injuries and instability of the ankle. Featuring heat therapeutic neoprene this support helps aid stiff, weak or injured ankles.

Just the job.
This support was perfect for my needs. I had gone over on my ankle twice in one morning. Argos had one in stock and once I'd strapped it on I felt confident I wouldn't do it again AND the pain was reduced considerably. Size recommendations are good and the velcro type straps hold tight. It's even comfortable while wearing boots, loosely tied. Definitely recommended.

Excellent support and comfort

Secure and options to tighten /loosen
This strap really helped after I badly sprained my ankle. I wore it around the house. The only downside is that I couldn’t wear it with my shoe, but I expect I would need a completely different support for that.

After checking with the supplier, I can confirm this NEO G Ankle Support can be washed. Please follow the instructions below for washing and caring for the support:
"Hand Wash Cold Only and Dry Flat. Do not use Fabric Softener, Do Not Tumble Dry, Do Not Bleach, Do Not Iron. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight."

Hi there,
This ankle support would be a suitable support for someone that has gone over on the ankle and is needing support while the ankle recovers as long as the damage is muscular. This support wont stop you going over on your ankle again though and if there has been ligament damage then this support will probably not be strong enough.
In relation to 5 a side football as long as you are able to get the support into the shoe without causing added constriction then this will be ok.
