I was very pleased with the product, which was much cheaper than the rubber ball equivalent. I suspect long term it won't be as durable, however, for a lower cost option that does just the same as a much more expensive one, I am very pleased with the purchase

Small but so effective
I thought let me give a try as dumbbells quite expensive, these are so good so much better for home if you do Pilates like me. I would recommend them I love mine.
