Thanks for your query about the Opti Utility Training Bench.
Having checked, a number of types of exercise are listed in the user manual, Biceps Curl, Chest Press, Triceps Curl, Sit Ups but the Tricep Dip is not listed there. Because of this, we'd advise that it's not likely to be suitable.

Having checked with the supplier for you I can let you know this training bench is not designed for step up exercise. Therefore they don't recommend doing so

The boxed Opti Utility Training Bench is 890mm x 450mm x 155mm (15 kg).

Unfortunately I have disposed of my box now, but it came flat packed so quite a long box and quite heavy. However, once built the bench is of a good weight, easily manoeuvrable or it can be collapsed to lay flat for easy storage.
