About this product
This Opti Utility Training Bench adapts to different exercises at home. It's adjustable for flat, incline or decline positions. You can target arms, chest and abs in one session. The integrated rack holds weights safely while you work out. Cushioned pads provide comfort during longer training sessions. It folds away when you're done. That means it fits in smaller spaces without taking over rooms.
High density foam supports you throughout each exercise. The incline height adjusts for more challenging workouts. There's a footrest for decline positions when you focus on core strength. It arrives packed flat for home assembly. The folding design makes storing it simple between sessions. It supports users up to 110kg comfortably. You'll have versatile training equipment ready whenever you need it.

DO NOT BUY
Do not buy. This is not fit for purpose. It is difficult to change the angle of the bench quickly as you would want for a workout. It is cheaply made the pins that are used to keep the whole thing upright get stuck in place. DO NOT BUY.

Thanks for your query about the Opti Utility Training Bench.
Having checked, a number of types of exercise are listed in the user manual, Biceps Curl, Chest Press, Triceps Curl, Sit Ups but the Tricep Dip is not listed there. Because of this, we'd advise that it's not likely to be suitable.

Having checked with the supplier for you I can let you know this training bench is not designed for step up exercise. Therefore they don't recommend doing so
