The Silentnight Middleton Double Divan Bed provides a complete sleep setup combining comfort and storage. It includes a supportive divan base with two storage drawers, a memory foam pocket spring mattress, and a fabric headboard. The memory foam layer moulds to your body, easing pressure points and helping you settle. Beneath, 800 pocket springs respond to your weight and movement, keeping your spine aligned. The medium-firm feel suits those who prefer support without sinking too deep.
The two storage drawers sit on both sides of the base, letting you tuck away bedding, clothes or anything cluttering your bedroom floor. The fabric base rests on plastic castors, making it easier to move when cleaning or rearranging. The quilted mattress cover feels smooth against sheets and protects the layers inside. It's a single-sided mattress, so rotate it head to toe regularly to keep wear even. The charcoal fabric finish suits most bedroom colours, and the headboard attaches securely with included fixings. Faulty Base sent with bed
When opening out the silent night double bed one have of base is faulty. The stapels that are under the sheet of fabric on top of the bed are all sticking up, not been correctly stapeled. The drawer is faulty, big gap at side when closed, material at corner of drawer damaged and inside the drawer at one side warped and other side glued with gaps as a result when you clip both bases together there is a gap as one half is a reject. I have bought 4 of these exact beds in the past for all my rooms and never have i been sent one in this state. Can't believe it got past quality control. My daughter was without a bed for 3 weeks as we were decorating her room and this is her birthday present so we had no choice but to use it. Just hope the stapels don't damage the mattress through time. Paid the extra for 4 drawers aswell but can't use one. Would never buy another one. Not what you expect from a company SilentNight. Really disapointing

Perfect bed
I bought a super kingsize bed and it was perfect so also bought a double. The delivery guys were fantastic too. On the double bed there was a hole in the headboard but a replacement was sent within 3 days. The mattress is med to firm but very very comfortable

Great all round bed!
Very easy to order, quick and convenient delivery options, good price with deal, bought for 18 yr old son who has outgrown his double bed and it’s so much better. Looks great, secure assembly and good quality. This is actually the second one of these we have purchased having some years ago got the same one for our other son - both our kids are well over 6 foot. Both are very happy, find the beds comfy and fit them so much better! Assembly gets 4 stars but that’s only to do with the plastic clips that hold the two bases together as they are super tight and not sure I’d have been able to push them on without my husband. It does however mean the bases are really secure once they are in place so it’s actually a good thing…but I personally just wasn’t strong enough!! Over all would recommend this bed.

Worth spending a little more.
Absolutely worth spending a little more on a premium mattress that offers maximum comfort that has no pressure areas when sleeping sideways. The 4 drawers offer plenty of storage and glide smoothly. Very comfortable!

No, adding drawers in Silentnight Memory Small Double 2 Drawer Divan Bed - Grey does not change the physical width of the bed base itself. The frame of a Small Double remains exactly 120 cm wide (4 feet).

The headboard can be adjusted to the height of the mattress, as it needs to sit on top of the mattress.
