Does what it says
The one and only criticism would be that I wished it folded flat for storage. I thought it might have the pop in click system but it's screwed together. They are turnable screws you can do with your hand and not a screwdriver but still, it takes time to assemble and disassemble. Otherwise, it's a great piece of kit. Yes would recommend

Hi Meggy, to be totally honest with you, I would say no as you have to be quite long-armed to use this ab cruncher & the stretching may result In Injury, so I hope that helps you?

Hi Wilma, well this Ab Cruncher Is very comfortable on the head but you do need fairly long arms to reach the bar, but should be ok for you. Anyway, as long as you do the repetitions fairly slowly & feel the burn I'm pretty sure you would benefit from this great little piece of kit, so I hope I've helped Wilma, but as \i say, just don't overdo It when pulling yourself up & down ok?
