Great for my neck!
I have 3 damaged vertebrae in my neck & therefore looked at this abdominal frame that incorporated a neck support. I was delighted with the result. After adapting to the right position for my neck I was able to enjoy the frame for the front abdominal but also the sides ones. Before this frame I had to lift my neck with both of my arms so it limited my movements & the abdominal exercises were not at their full potential. Cheers, Juju 🐸

Sturdy and next day delivery great
I bought this as an additional piece of 'kit' to help my new fitness regime. As I have some mobility problems the cruncher is ideal for me to use. My son put it together - incorrectly at first as he didn't read the instructions as usual - but once put together it is sturdy and not too heavy. Getting next day delivery was the main reason for choosing Argos, and I also had a voucher that made all the difference as think full price is a little bit too much personally. But good item and am pleased with it so far.

Easy to use Ab roller
Easy to use Ab roller with its great design. It's comfortable to use and you can feel the Abs tightening with each curl. It comes in pieces in the box but it's very easy to put together.

Got this a couple of weeks ago as I needed reduce tummy fat. Easy to put together and and will keep using it. Using it daily has started to see early results. It was on offer at a sale price so a no brainier decision. Was available for immediate collection at my local Argos. Pleased with product.

Getting fit
I recently purchased the Opti ab cruncher to start getting back to fitness slowly after illness and I’m very impressed with it. It’s well built, good quality padding and larger than I thought it was going to be but I tuck it away sideways on by the side of the sofa. Very Good value for the money. I love it.

Hi Meggy, to be totally honest with you, I would say no as you have to be quite long-armed to use this ab cruncher & the stretching may result In Injury, so I hope that helps you?

Hi Wilma, well this Ab Cruncher Is very comfortable on the head but you do need fairly long arms to reach the bar, but should be ok for you. Anyway, as long as you do the repetitions fairly slowly & feel the burn I'm pretty sure you would benefit from this great little piece of kit, so I hope I've helped Wilma, but as \i say, just don't overdo It when pulling yourself up & down ok?
