Lovely colour. I washed the duvet set before using and I like it but its not as soft as I would like. The pillowcases are a bit scratchy on my face.

Quality of stitching is poor
At first glance, the duvet cover seemed fine. Relatively good quality considering the price, even colour and the buttons to close were all there. It seems to wash well so far, too. However, when putting it over the duvet, there was a big hole along one of the seams. Very noticeable, and without repair it will only get worse. I'd already thrown away the packaging (my mistake, I knew better) so I'll have to take it to get repaired instead, which is a cost I shouldn't need to factor in when buying bedding. Poor quality stitching. If you choose to purchase, please check the seams before washing and using. I'll look elsewhere in future.

I bought this in June for my sons bed, so as he's had it a while now I feel able to give a review. It has stayed the same colour since purchased, not faded at all & I don't use colour wash powder either. it softens over time but isn't rough but it feels well made and good quality. I would definitely buy again. Lovely quality button fastening. Can be used on redbor black side alike.

Lovely duvet cover set, feels very soft, washes great with no shrinkage, no colour run, easy to fasten and unfasten, dries perfectly in the dryer with very little if any ironing needed

The description for this item is incorrect then as it says...The reversible design means you get versatility without needing to buy multiple sets...Also, in one of the pictures it shows grey bedding but reversible with 2 different shades of grey!

This is a Polycotton set and how they feel will reflect the environment in which they're kept/used (how warm, how dry). As the perceived coolness is very much a personal and subjective thing, I cannot confirm with accuracy on whether they will feel cool to the touch. The tog of the duvet you put in it will matter much more in terms of how hot you'd be under this bedding in winter or summer.
