This is a Polycotton set and how they feel will reflect the environment in which they're kept/used (how warm, how dry). As the perceived coolness is very much a personal and subjective thing, I cannot confirm with accuracy on whether they will feel cool to the touch. The tog of the duvet you put in it will matter much more in terms of how hot you'd be under this bedding in winter or summer.
