Cooks perfectly and looks really great too
I am very happy I bought this pan, it looks great and most importantly it cooks perfectly with no stress of sticking. It was well worth buying and will last many years to come. I also bought a matching 28cm wok and 5 piece set of pans of which all are amazing products. I highly recommend these products

I recently bought this griddle pan On first use it had black marks. Instructions not clear. To heat the pan to hot and char meat or fish you would need some oil. Urges you not to use just wipe pan. Very confusing

The JML 28cm Non Stick Copper Stone Griddle Pan has not been tested for use on a barbecue but providing the pan is monitored and not left on the heat with the cover closed, it should be suitable for short periods of time.
Cast irons pans are more suitable for barbecue cooking.
