You're ready to train at home with the feel of proper rowing. This Concept2 RowErg gives you smooth, quiet strokes thanks to its flywheel design. The PM5 monitor tracks every detail of your workout. It's got an adjustable monitor arm so you can position it just right. The ergonomic handle and adjustable footrests keep you comfortable throughout.
The air resistance system adjusts naturally to your effort. Track distance, time, stroke rate, watts, calories and splits on the console. Set programmes by time or distance to match your session. The machine separates into two pieces for easy storage. Caster wheels let you move it around your space without lifting.

Robust bit of kit
This is a robust bit of kit. We are so happy to spend the extra cash on it rather than some of the others on line. Easy to assemble with clear instructions. Also loads of examples on you tube about connecting main frame together. It was well packaged, although be careful when you lift out the main parts from box. The unassembled legs fell out as attached to main part of machine and broke my wife's toe. Good start.. we laughed. Well I did. We recommend the item although where steel toecap boots when you are unpacking the box. Lol.

Bought this a few weeks ago and it’s fantastic it’s exactly the same as I used when I was a member of a david Lloyd club is being used by the entire family you have to pay for quality and have a whole year to pay it off plus Argos delivery went above and beyond

Fantastic rower
I am very familiar with concept 2 rowers having used them in the gym before. I'm so glad I got one for home! I'm rowing 20 minutes a day 5 times a week and have dropped 7lbs in 2 weeks. It's very smooth and not too noisy. I also like how it connects to my peloton app. The rower erg app is good to see extra data.

“ It is 5 years on the frame and 2 years on the parts.
If a customer has an issue, they need to contact us with the serial number located on the machine, alongside a photo or video of the issue. This will go to our technical support team to look into. We dont' come out and service the machines but we can assist customer's remotely. ”

You need about 8 feet x 4 feet to operate it comfortably.
You need about 8x4 foot. The machine splits in half for storage and will stand up in two bits in a 4x3 foot space.

When assembled, it’s 8 ft x 2 ft (244 cm x 61 cm), but you’ll need at least this clearance for use: 9 ft x 4 ft (274 cm x 122 cm).

You need a lot of space for this item as it is quite long. It sits in the corner of my living room. When rowing space is need for arms.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Concept2 RowErg with Standard Legs PM5 Rowing Machine: ''The Concept2 RowErg is available with either standard or tall legs. The standard legs give a 14 inch (36 cm) seat height while the taller legs make the seat 20 inches (51 cm) from the floor. The RowErg with standard legs is the new name for the Model D Indoor Rower. The tall leg option replaces the Model E, which is now discontinued. A higher seat is not required for taller users, and both machines will fit inseams up to 38 inches (96.5 cm). Rowers with an inseam longer than this may require an extra-long monorail.''

Yes, but you need to do it online and not in the app. Go to your Concept2 Logbook account and log in.
Click the profile icon in the top right corner and select Edit Profile.
Go to the Applications tab.
Click Connect To the application you prefer and select Strava.

"Workouts that are uploaded to the Concept2 Online Logbook can be automatically synced to other fitness Applications like Strava, Training Peaks, Fitbit and Garmin Connect.
In order to connect your Logbook to these sites, go to your profile page in the logbook and click on Edit Profile. Then, select Applications and follow the instructions for the platform you wish to use. From that point on, any workout which is added to the Logbook will then go straight through to Strava or Fitbit. Only workouts with stroke data (such as those done using ErgData) can be uploaded to Training Peaks and Garmin."

Yes! If you download the excellent Concept 2 App called ErgData, and set up a logbook account on the concept 2 web site, you can then link your logbook and Strava accounts. Another method, if you have an iPhone, is to simply link your ErgData app with Apple Health and then link Apple Health to Strava.

You do need to assembly the legs on this machine and also attach the two halves together.

Not quite .. you need to screw on the legs and then put together wheel / seat parts ... although these just 'click' together . And so, not difficult and doesn't take a long time .. comes with a chunky screwdriver rather than allen key
