This item's primary purpose is to protect hard floors and prevent them from beign scratched. If you're wanting to use these on furniture placed on carpet, there would still be an imprint left from the item's weight.

I can advise that these pads have strong adhesive on the back of them that can be used to stick to the bottom of surfaces such as bar stools. They can be cut to shape and size and then stuck on.

I can confirm that these felt pads are 110mm by 150mm. They are a little bigger than the dimensions you provided however, they should still be suitable to use on your dining table legs.
