The 480 White Multifunction LED Christmas Tree Lights are not classed as cluster lights as there is a distance of 1.3cm between each bulb.

“ There is a button on the transformer, please press and hold it for few seconds until the it light up in blue, then timer function is on. ”

What you’d do is to press on the button on the transformer to select which mode you would like to have it on. The number of presses matches the number of the setting you wish to put it on. Meanwhile, it has a memory function too, so, when you switch it back on, it will stay on last mode.
