Stand is junk, screws stripped of thread.
The stand is cheap plastic and after two days of adjusting , its junk ....save your self a future headache, Don't buy this monitor. Both screws have stripped the thread and the best bit, I haven't touched the two screws so I know its not me

It is not 4k, as that would require a resolution of 3840x2160, or 4x that of 1920x1080 aka 1080p.
