Beautiful light doesn't hurt eyes when on. Lovely bright light to start your day. Bought as feeling low on theses dark winter days. I use for 1 hour each morning. Not used long enough as yet to see all the benefits.

Great sad lamp

Such a great light box
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know quite a few people that use SAD lamps during the winter and they have said they help so much with fatigue. I have tested a few others before and I found them to be overpowering and some can be too bright for me. In comparison I find this isn’t as harsh and doesn’t hurt my eyes as some others have previously. This is great to use first thing in the morning for about half an hour to give you a boost for the day. The design is also one of the best I have seen. It is on the larger side but the sleek design is modern and would easily fit into any room. It is mains connected so it does need to be near a power supply but that is pretty standard due to the power required. Anyone that suffers from SAD and benefits from a light box I would definitely recommend this to them. Overall very happy and currently had no issues.

Perfect addition to a desk set up that boosts your

Can feel bright at first, but once you’ve used it for a couple of weeks you get used to it! Would feel too bulky to move to and from the office/home, as it doesn’t fold. Definitely boosts my mood when it’s dark and dreary outside!

Not so “SAD” lamp
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re lacking some sunshine or some brightness in your grey winters days, this is the perfect option. Easy to set up with just a regular socket and try not to place it too close to you (can be a bit too much). On/off button is easy to reach at the top, and best to put it on for between 30-60 mins every day. I started getting a mild headache for the first few days of using it, but I moved the lamp a bit further away and tried not to look at it directly. Then I started to feel a bit less down or depressed after using this. I wouldn’t say this will change my life but a good routine to try and to consider to be more positively active in mind and body. This left me to feel less gloomy. Downside is that the lamp is pretty big and not compact to store over warmer sunnier months. But overall, I’d say this is worth to give it a try and be open.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Beurer Sad TL50 Therapy Lux Light - White.
The whole device would need to be replaced, the device does not take bulbs, the unit is a sealed unit and is LED technology.
