Poor service
I bought another bike with Argos before Xmas which came with a flat tyre which I discovered after putting the bike together. I went too the local Argo's who wanted me too take the bike back apart and rebox and take back to the store. This was the day before Xmas Eve I didn’t bother poor service tbh. I replaced the inner tube myself far easier than taking back bike.

My son has just started to use his new bike. Its a nice and bright bike. However he does find it heavy to handle.

Inner tube issues
Bike itself is lovely however when it arrived the inner tube had been sliced. Luckily we had a spare from fixing the kids old bikes so we managed to fix it ourselves but had dissapibted kids Xmas day when he couldn't ride his bike straight away

Poor Q&A
Came with a puncture on the front wheel. Trying to reach someone on Xmas Eve for a resolution was impossible. Had to spend over £20 on the 27th to get it fixed at a bike shop as it was a Xmas Day gift and bike no longer available.
