Plenty of steam
This was bought about a month ago after my old iron died on me. My daughter had a Teflon iron and I was impressed. I use the iron a lot for sewing projects and it does everything I want from it without being a great big heavy iron sitting on a big base. Plenty of Steam, a good plate that glides over the material, adjustable heating with precision and smooth ironing. I am very happy with this iron.

This is a good steam iron for the price. My only criticism is that the blue see through plastic used for the water container is very dark and so it is difficult to see how much water is in it.

No the water jug does not come with the iron.
The water tank is transparent, so you can see into the tank. There is also a max water level indicator on the side of the iron.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Tefal Express FV2830 Steam Iron: Yes the product has a steam value as shown on Page 14 of the user guide but the steam position must be in the “NO STEAM “ position to allow you to remove this.
The water fill cap must be lifted and you can then pull up the steam value to clean it.
NB is this has not been done for a long time you may find it sticking but will be removed for cleaning
