Tefal iron, works well, heats up quickly, I'm reasonably happy with it. I have 2 criticisms, main one being the power cord is too short, my previous Tefal iron's cord was twice as long. The short cord means it's difficult to reach safely the ironing board from the wall socket. Second being the blue coloured plastic lens, this makes it difficult to see clearly its water level.

Easy ironing
Bought a week ago. Good iron. Bit heavier than my last one. Irons cloths easy without much effort. Need to get used to the handle. Pleased enough with it. A good price.

Very very disappointed
This is a very poor product. You are unable to see the water level due to the colour of the casing and it throws water everywhere when trying to iron. I have tried every trouble shooting method to get it to work and it is simply poor.

Great Iron - Worth Buying
I bought this to replace my current iron. A great replacement. Easy to use, heats up quickly, great at getting out creases. Steam output consistent with material temperature, so increases the hotter the iron. Doesn't drip and I haven't cleaned the calc from the iron, but that is easy as the calc collector just pulls out. This particular iron was reduced in price too. This iron runs smoothly over clothes, gets into the hard to reach places. Love this iron! Hope it lasts longer than my other iron, which was a Beldray and kept spitting out black bits, despite it being new and regularly cleaned! I had read other reviews about this iron which described filling the water tank was hard, so I was a bit dubious to buy it, but I have no trouble with seeing where the water is when filling it up.

No the water jug does not come with the iron.
The water tank is transparent, so you can see into the tank. There is also a max water level indicator on the side of the iron.
Hi, the cord cannot not be wrapped around the iron.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Tefal Express FV2830 Steam Iron: Yes the product has a steam value as shown on Page 14 of the user guide but the steam position must be in the “NO STEAM “ position to allow you to remove this.
The water fill cap must be lifted and you can then pull up the steam value to clean it.
NB is this has not been done for a long time you may find it sticking but will be removed for cleaning
