An amazing iron
This iron makes ironing so much easier! It heats up really quickly so I never need to wait long which is amazing especially for when I’m running late. The steam setting works so well to get creases out, I honestly believe it’s reduced the amount of time I spend ironing. It’s so easy to use and it irons very well. I love how easy it is to store. The cord wraps around the base so it’s neat and tidy.

Superb
I'm so glad I bought this iron, my previous one was well over 3 times the price of this, but was no where near the performance, it doesn't matter what I'm ironing this is so smooth with plenty of steam, it honestly glides over everything, there are plenty of heat settings plus it gets to temperature fast, hand on heart, I used to hate ironing but this makes it so easy I've finished in half of the time. Highly recommended

No the water jug does not come with the iron.
The water tank is transparent, so you can see into the tank. There is also a max water level indicator on the side of the iron.

Hello there,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Tefal Express FV2830 Steam Iron: Yes the product has a steam value as shown on Page 14 of the user guide but the steam position must be in the “NO STEAM “ position to allow you to remove this.
The water fill cap must be lifted and you can then pull up the steam value to clean it.
NB is this has not been done for a long time you may find it sticking but will be removed for cleaning
