Does EXACTLY what it says, if not better!
This steam iron powerfully and easily works its way through laundry both with and without steam. My employer bought another brand steam generator for twice the cost and sze, and it is nothing compared to this steam iron. I am very pleased with my purchase. It is large and a tad heavy, but although i have CFS, it doesnt cause me any issues, it makes ironing a pleasure rather than a task and even very creased bedding is nicely done swiftly.

Love the easy clean
Bought this for the ease of cleaning the limescale. Just remove the filter from the base and clean. Much better than my last iron that was much more complicated. I think it was worth the cost, irons well and I think gets hotter than the old one, so more effective. The only think I might criticise is the plastic cover where the water is added. Looks a bit cheap and I'm afraid I'll damage it.

Iron is quite heavy but easy to use. Heats up quickly and holds a lot of water. Steam button works well and is great for ironing creased clothes. Still early days but seems like a good product although a little pricy.

Brilliant steam
Since buying this iron iv used it pretty well, it’s fast, slightly heavier than my old one but, much faster steam glides on the clothes effortlessly making it quicker and easier to iron. Very powerful. The only downside is if you use the full power for steam it does use the water up pretty fast but that is minor worry compared to the fast pace it irons. Worth it.!

Excellent iron
An excellent iron!!. Very efficient, works well in both dry or steam mode. Cable is a really good length and the iron itself is nice and weighty for a good iron.

Great steam iron
I bought this iron a month ago and I’m so pleased with it. The powerful steam gets rid of creases very easily. I personally found it a little heavy to use at first but this actually helps it glide effortlessly over the clothes and especially bed linen.

Yes, it is designed to operate using untreated tap water. Pure de-mineralised or pure distilled water should not be used.

Ensure the steam is selected on the front switch. When the iron is on high heat, it then produces steam. For an extra boost of steam a button is pressed.
The Iron is designed to be used as an Iron this can be as a dry iron or steam Iron.
