Mixed opinions
I had high aspirations for this Airfryer hoping the ltr capacity would allow me to save worktop space and still cook the same amount of food. Unfortunately this is not the case. These are the pros: Saves a huge amount of worktop space Excellent technology to set up a sync and simple to set up Smart looking Solid build quality Easy to keep clean Quiet Does well to crisp if food distributed evenly Cons: Uneven cooking, although heat rises - the top tray seems to cook a lot faster than the bottom even when on the same mode Very small trays, for example, 2 large whole chicken breasts are the capacity of 1 and although the metal trays are included I found this affected the heat distribution The vents for the heat circulation are at the back so this means you cannot cook for example a curry or lasagne, if you shake oil or seasoning in the tray it splatters everywhere. I reluctantly sent back and bought a different model.

Replacement back filter/element
Love this air fryer - could someone please contact me to let me know if there are replacement filters/element you can purchase for the back of the fryer? Or advise best way of cleaning

Won’t last.
I purchased this little over a year ago and it has stopped working. I looked online and this is a common fault. They advise you to unplug for 10 minutes then it switches back on. This worked twice now it has completely stopped. It wasn’t used daily, we’ve changed the fuse. It seems a fault in the design and warranty is now out. I wouldn’t recommend this item.

So I had the first ninja airfryer but with my kitchen only being small I purchased this one and I can say this is amazing product space saving and just as good as the original

Over complicated UI
It does the job but the buttons and UI are a bit over complicated. The other ninja air fryer I had was a bit more simple.
