About this product
Sheds and outbuildings need protection without running cables through walls. This Yale Mini Wireless Alarm Kit secures smaller properties with a motion detector and door contact that triggers a 130dB siren when movement is picked up. The motion detector covers 8m and the key fob arms or disarms the system from up to 70m away. Suitable for garages, sheds and outbuildings, the wireless setup installs without drilling for power.
The PIN code entry on the main unit gives you an alternative to the key fob for arming and disarming, which matters if multiple people need access. Entry and exit delays prevent false alarms when you unlock and step inside. The kit includes batteries and fixings so everything needed arrives in one box. LED indicators show system status at a glance and the compact unit fits discreetly without taking up valuable wall space.

Alarm
I bought a yale mini alarm kit, unfortunately missing wall bracket, returned to Argos for refund, purchased another, same bracket missing again, another refund. Will not buy again.

Okay for the price
This product is small but it does the job. Especially like the remote fob to activate deactivate. Required very small screws to assemble and mount. Installtion is a bit flimsy but it works.

Great little alarm
This for the money is a great little alarm and has two sirens one for doors or windows and one main unit. Works really well instructions a bit vague. I would recommend this alarm.

Useless - impossible to set up
Instructions are provided in a series of sheets that look like they’ve just been printed off the internet. Following them to the tee, there are clear gaps, such as them failing to mention when you need to press and hold. It requires a lot of trial and error and even more luck. Even when I thought I’d figured it out, I could not get either alarm to pair with the remote. So could not set up. Like another Yale alarm I’ve used, the confirmation sounds when setting are at the same volume as the alarm itself, so after a while your ears start ringing just doing the setup. This is especially true when the instructions are wrong. Not recommended - had to return as could not manage to use as an alarm.
