“ Apologies, you cannot use an SD card with the Ring Pan and Tilt Camera. Instead Ring Pan-Tilt Indoor Camera videos are stored in the cloud on AWS servers which you can access through your Ring account. ”

I can advise the following for the Ring Pan-Tilt Indoor Plug-In CCTV Security Camera - White:
Most cameras are unsuitable for this if they use night vision due to the halo effect produced on the window when engaged. If this is turned off and you have alternative illumination for the area you wish to capture motion in, you will be able to use it this way.
Ultimately the best option is to use an outdoor camera.
