This is the third smash travel mug I have bought. I liked the first one so much I got one for my husband and one to keep at work. They keep coffee hot for many hours and are totally leak proof, what more do you need? I also like the size, I didn't want one that was too big. I take mine to National trust properties as they are trying to phase out disposable cups, they have to leave the lid off as their coffee is frothy but it fits!

I bought this two week ago it said it would keep hot things hot for 3 hours after one hour it was cold on good at all the other reviews said it was good so I didn't save my receipt so I can't get my money back so I wouldn't buy one they no good

Please follow the below details on how to disassemble the Lid for the Smash Black Stainless Steel Travel Coffee Cup - 350ml :
Remove lid from stainless steel base.
Ensure TOP DISC is in a open position.
Place the lid on a flat surface and firmly push down on the shaded area until the TOP DISC is dislocated.
Separate the 3 part system by unscrewing the TOP and BOTTOM discs.

The Argos employee is incorrect. There is a sip hole which is accessed by turning the small bar located on the lid 45 degrees. These are great cups which hold a 330ml can of drink plus ice, or a hot drink.
