Minor leak but overall a great cup.
I bought this travel coffee cup 6 months ago and use it every day. It keeps my coffee hot and is a great size. Its comfortable to hold and has a nice matte finish. Unfortunately, it isn't completely leakproof. The rubber seal around the inside of the lid isn't completely watertight. It leaks slightly when you drink after a while, even when very tightly screwed on. It also leaks around the seal if the cup tips over with any liquid left inside. You can't fling it in your bag. I keep it upright at all times.

Fantastic value all year round
Been looking to buy 2 of these for my wife and I for some time. With the cost of hot drinks, these have already paid for themselves by using them just twice! At least a third of the cost of others out there, these work just great (so far), lasting a minimum of 4 hours before they start to cool. Such a handy size too and fit in our cup holders in the car. Definitely recommend. You can't lose ..even if you only used them 3 or 4 times a year. Will be great to use in the hot weather too. We just love them🙃

This is an amazing travel cup, and really good value for money, I had loads of travel cups over this years but this actually keeps your coffee hot for more than four hours. It’s a nice design and fit in my cup holder. I already brought two more and regular use them Would definitely recommend.

1. Clip Top Disc into place. (align the arrows).
2. Ensure Top Disc is in open position.
3. Screw in Bottom Disc.

Please follow the below details on how to disassemble the Lid for the Smash Black Stainless Steel Travel Coffee Cup - 350ml :
Remove lid from stainless steel base.
Ensure TOP DISC is in a open position.
Place the lid on a flat surface and firmly push down on the shaded area until the TOP DISC is dislocated.
Separate the 3 part system by unscrewing the TOP and BOTTOM discs.

The Argos employee is incorrect. There is a sip hole which is accessed by turning the small bar located on the lid 45 degrees. These are great cups which hold a 330ml can of drink plus ice, or a hot drink.
