I started buying these mattress protectors when I had an Airbnb but I now have them for every bed at home. The don’t feel like a waterproof mattress cover and don’t make a noise. The only minor downside that they need to be dried on a very large airer or outside

I cannot comment on the protector personally because I bought it for a lovely neighbour but I can say that the parcels both came very quickly, and the neighbour was so pleased with it that she asked me to buy her another. It looked like very good quality. I will get one for myself in due course.

Hybrid Bamboo Mattress Protector
I purchased this Mattress cover with my new Hybrid Bamboo Mattress as I like a cool nite time drink. Popped it on, seems perfect for the job of providing protection for my Mattress. It is light to the touch and hardly noticed when sleeping, sizing just perfect. Panda mattress protector
Panda came up with good reviews when doing my research. I like the ethics and sustainability aspect. So I am more than happy to pay for this. The only point I can highlight is that it pulls the mattress so there are gaps between the mattress and bed frame, which may be having an affect on the comfort level the mattress gives. From a protection point of view I have not spilt anything but if I do I’m sure it will do ok.
