It's built around a sturdy metal frame with a black mesh finish that lets air circulate, helping shoes dry out between wears. Sturdy shoe shelves, so better than paying a little less for something shoddier. Looks better than the plastic alternatives on offer. Easy to put together and I expect it to last a long time.
