Comfortable pillow
I wanted to replace my pillows as I was regularly getting neck ache. I sleep on my side, back and front. I have been surprised at how comfortable I’ve found this pillow and I’ve had consistent comfortable nights sleep, no more neck aches and no longer waking up with headaches. Would 100% recommend.

Good pillow
Its a great memory pillow, not too firm and good head support and for sleeping on side. I struggled with upper back pain after waking before, and this doesn't completely solve it but there could be other factors. Nevertheless it'sore comfortable than anything else I tried

Good but not for me
By far the best memory foam pillow I've ever tried and good for side sleeper especially but just to high for my neck, triggers cervical pain rather than relieving it. Would be perfect if it existed in an adjustable version.

I can advise that the measurements of 60cm x 40cm for the Panda London Orthopaedic Medium Firm Bamboo Pillow are not considered to be standard in the UK, which tends to be 50cm x 75cm.
